Jessica Durham
Jessica Durham is committed to providing an exceptional and personalized experience for all of her students and peers both in the classroom and throughout the real estate transaction. Her love of education coupled with a passion for real estate are what drive her to continually expand her class offerings.
Over the course of her 15+ year real estate career in the Treasure Valley, Jessica has specialized in a wide array of real estate projects including residential sales, land development, market segmentation and demographics studies, subdivision and property management, and marketing strategy implementation. This experience allows her to bring real world examples into the classroom for reference and learning opportunities for her students.
